Meet the Team
Archie Warren
President, CEO
Over 25 years ago Archie founded Silver Lining Inc. in his garage. With his degree as a radiation technologist and specialty license in radiation therapy, Archie had the idea to study the equipment he was using and learn how to service it. He turned a small weekend job into a corporation with over 1500 customers spanning across 13 states. He still oversees and directs daily operations serving on the board as our CEO.
Cavett Otis
Software Specialist
Cavett handles all software related remote service working with manufacturers and customers to provide solutions to the end user. He prepares equipment for installation and provides training. Working with Monica and John, he also refurbishes used equipment and prepares CRs, DRs, and PCs for resell. If you are having any IT related problems you have probably spoken with Cavett.
John Guyer
Engineering Manager, COO
John oversees all external operations. He manages the engineer's daily schedules juggling on-site service, installations and equipment pickups. He coordinates with Monica on upcoming projects, works with Cavett to refurbish used equipment, and handles online sales and purchases. John has a hand in any equipment coming in or going out our doors. He also serves on the board as our Chief Operations Officer.
Monica Warren
Office Manager, CFO
Monica oversees internal operations. She works with customers providing quotes, floor plans, and project information. She works with John, Cavett, Ashley and Tracy to ensure each department is working together to prepare for upcoming projects. She works with Ashley and Tracy to oversee the office paper trail. She also covers HR and serves on the board as our Chief Financial Officer.
Nick Bogdanovic
Nashville Territory Manager
Nick maintains our Nashville customer base covering service, sales leads and site visits. He works with John, Blake and Bryan leading on-site service, installations and equipment pickups.
Ashley Farmer
Administrative Assistant
Ashley is probably the first voice you will hear if you call our office. She covers accounts receivables working with John to create work orders and send invoices as well as manage contract laborers. She works with Archie on collections and works with Monica on internal and state paperwork.
Tracy McDaniel
Executive Assistant
Tracy handles accounts payables working with vendors to submit and track orders as well as keep our bills paid. She manages inventory and directs all shipping and receiving. She also functions as Archie's direct assistant doing her best to keep him in line.
Blake Holley
Field Engineer
Blake works with John, Nick and Bryan traveling across 13 states to complete on-site service, installations and equipment pickups. When not on the road, he stages equipment, helps to refurbish equipment, and builds crates for outgoing shipments. He also contributes to warehouse upkeep.
Bryan Arcasa
Field Engineer
Bryan works with John, Nick and Blake traveling across 13 states to complete on-site service, installations and equipment pickups. Bryan stages and helps to refurbish equipment while on site. He also covers crating for outgoing shipments and covers warehouse upkeep.
Tony Pickens
Senior Engineer
Tony is our senior engineer. He solves complex service issues and tackles challenging refurbishes.
Jeffrey Capps
Jeffrey works with John, Nick, Bryan and Blake traveling across 13 states to complete on-site service, installations and equipment pickups. Jeffrey stages and helps to refurbish equipment while on site. He also covers crating for outgoing shipments and covers warehouse upkeep.
